Product is designed for service personnel to verify their presence:
- When employee arrives, he/she places a call from a specified telephone to an assigned 800 number.
- The number the caller is calling from is verified.
- Caller touch tones an identification number, receives acknowledgment and hangs up to complete the transaction.
- Employer can at any time leave a specific message for any employee at the assigned 800 number that may be retrieved during the verification call process.
- Employee follows the same procedure before leaving the off-site premises.
- If any anomalies should appear, i.e., an employee does not report or reports outside of the employer issued parameters, immediate contact is made to specified personnel via voice, fax, or e-mail as indicated by the employer who can take appropriate corrective action.
