How It Works
- SET UP your own account via the web using a credit card [www.quikcontact.com ] or, for invoice customers, call Telserv Technologies’ customer support line at 1-888-483-5737
- Upload contact numbers or CREATE LISTS directly into our secure system.
- When a broadcast need arises, a DESIGNATED USER places a call to the Telserv Technologies QuikContact™ hotline
- Using touchtone technology, the caller enters their ACCOUNT NUMBER
- This is followed by a PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION NUMBER.
- The caller RECORDS THEIR MESSAGE.
- Selects the appropriate DISTRIBUTION LIST(S)
- CALL LAUNCH options are offered and broadcast begins immediately or as scheduled
- WITHIN MINUTES ALL CALLS ARE MADE to the selected list’s telephone numbers
